This project is an experiment to observe and understand an individual, with a specific focus on the sampled subject—myself. I aimed to accumulate information about my daily routines and behaviors, particularly within the confines of an office space.
A significant portion of my daily activities unfolds within the office, with a substantial amount of time spent at the desk. I installed the CCTV camera on the ceiling above my desk and recorded a month's worth of life. Delving into a meticulous analysis of my behavioral patterns, I focused specifically on one week.

Utilizing CCTV footage spanning 7 days (one week), I tracked the usage trajectories of key items and visually represented them. The position of each item at every moment is marked with a dot, and the sequential movement between items is connected by arrows, resulting in the following outcomes.
